ICMarkTech’26 will be hosted at the Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management, of the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in partnership with the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iași from December 05th to 07th, 2025. This conference serves as a global platform for scholars and professionals to exchange insights, advancements, and concerns within the realm of Marketing and its allied Technologies.
We cordially invite you to contribute your research posters to ICMarkTech’26. Submissions must be in English and will undergo rigorous evaluation based on criteria such as relevance, originality, significance, and clarity.
Kindly ensure your submissions are in English for consideration.
Poster Submission Information
Format and Dimensions:
- Posters must be presented in A2 format.
- The ICMarkTech’26 logo must be included in the poster design.
The authors of accepted poster papers must prepare and print a poster for display during the Conference. This poster should adhere to either an A2 vertical format. The Conference may include special sessions for the presentation and oral discussion of these posters, with a 10-minute (5 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes of questions) time limit per poster.
Authors of accepted posters will be allotted 5 minutes to present their work during a Conference Work Session, followed by approximately 5 minutes of discussion after each poster presentation.
File Submission:
- The Posters Proposals must be submitted in PDF format. Final versions of accepted posters can be submitted in ZIP format ater the acceptance feedback.
Submission Deadline:
- All posters proposals must be submitted via the OpenConf platform by September 05, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Bucharest time, CET Time Zone GMT +2).
Please ensure that your poster complies with these requirements to guarantee acceptance at the conference. We look forward to seeing your innovative research contributions showcased at ICMarkTech’26!
Evaluation of Poster
All submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process, conducted by a minimum of two members of the Scientific Committee. Following the evaluation, each submission will be either accepted or rejected by the Conference Chairs, based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the scientific merit of the work.
If accepted, the poster may be retained in its originally submitted category or may be reassigned to a different category, at the discretion of the Conference Chairs.
Poster Voting System
To maintain the rigor and accuracy of the best poster award, all conference participants with an accepted paper will have the opportunity to vote for the best poster of the conference through a voting system.
The poster with the most votes will receive a certificate for best poster of the conference. To vote, users will use their OpenConf credentials.
