Alexandru Dan is an AI strategist, technology evangelist, and founder who transforms ambitious ideas into working systems. With 25+ years at the intersection of technology, creativity, and business, he makes AI accessible and practical for growth, innovation, and public impact.
He has built and led more than 40 development teams across Europe at eMAG, the European Commission, and Infor and founded ventures including Directimo, Arcanna AI, Brainactive AI, and Remote Labs. His leadership scaled eMAG Marketplace from 7M USD to 1B USD ARR in five years and delivered enterprise systems used by Adidas, Ferrari, and the European Parliament.
Passionate about applied AI, Alexandru designs tools that drive productivity, compliance, and creativity. His projects span cybersecurity (Arcanna AI), neuroscience driven market research (Brainactive), AI powered recruitment (Remote Labs), real estate innovation (Directimo), and secure medical data exchange (MediMint, AiGIA).
Today, he is also CEO of TVL Tech, shaping AI adoption in business and public institutions, and lectures in Generative AI at ASE and Cyber Smart Academy. He is also a mentor at NATO DIANA, Luxembourg Startup Association, and MassChallenge, and serves on the AI committees of ROMLUX and WITSA.
