Sandrine Prom-Tep
Prof. Dr. Sandrine Prom-Tep is a Professor of Marketing with expertise in online consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and user experience (UX) as a marketing lever. She holds a PhD in Administration (Marketing) from HEC Montréal and has an extensive research portfolio on social functionalities, digital interaction, and responsible consumption. She is a member of the ICMarkTech 2025 Advisory Committee and actively collaborates with multiple research networks and labs in the fields of digital technology, UX, and consumer studies.

Sandrine Prom-Tep earned her PhD in Administration with a specialisation in Marketing from HEC Montréal in 2014, with a thesis on the influence of social functionalities on online consumer contributions. She holds a Master’s in Communication Sciences from the Université de Montréal, specialising in new information and communication technologies, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Film and Communication from McGill University. Her current research projects include the ADAJ initiative, aimed at improving the comprehensibility, readability, and usability of judicial records to enhance citizen engagement with legal documentation. She is an active member of the Digital Research Network, Associate Researcher at the Green UX Lab, the Observatoire de la Consommation Responsable, and the Tech3lab. Prof. Prom-Tep has received numerous awards, including the Jean Perrien Award for Best Article (2016) and the RCIG Best Teaching Case Award (2018), and has been recognised multiple times for her contributions to academic research, teaching, and business services. She teaches courses on online consumer marketing, UX design and evaluation, and digital marketing strategies at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
